Практическое обучение в Намангане
С 26 сентября по 4 октября 2022 года 25 представителей таджикских швейных предприятий приступили к практическому обучению в центре производственного обучения «Моноцентр» Наманганской области, Республики Узбекистан. Поездка была организована в рамках проекта “Повышение конкурентоспособности МСП в текстильно-швейном секторе Таджикистана для выхода на внешний рынок” при поддержке GIZ IRDP TRIGGER II.
В течение первых двух дней участники проводили практические занятия по пошиву верхней одежды, пиджак и мужская сорочка в вышеупомянутом учебном центре. Затем участники посетили швейную фабрику «Dreamliner textile» Наманганской области для пошива мужских сорочек на производстве.
В течение следующих двух дней представители таджикских швейных предприятий продолжили обучение пошиву мужских пиджаков на швейной фабрике «IDEAL».
В ходе ознакомительной поездки учредитель «Сhust textile» провел для слушателей однодневный практический тренинг по эффективному управлению, а также по операционной системе производства и процессу документооборота на швейной фабрике «Сhust textile» в Наманганской области.
В рамках поездки, с целью налаживания и расширения делового сотрудничества, членам таджикской делегации была предоставлена возможность посетить Наманганские швейные фабрики, торговые центры и производственные предприятия. В результате 10 членов таджикской делегации договорились о сотрудничестве с компаниями и предприятиями этого региона для привлечения экспертов, закупки сырья и фурнитуры для расширения бизнеса.
Затем в Моноцентре г. Наманган участники после практического раскроя и дизайна одежды, каждый участник курса пошил пиджак индивидуально от раскроя ткани до конечного изделия.
В связи с этим были проведены практические занятия по темам текстильного дизайна, проектирования способов кроя и его этапов мужских и женских костюмов. Практическое занятие провела известный немецкий дизайнер госпожа Гудрун Бербом.
В ходе практического занятия тонкости швейных операций, выполняемых тренером, производилась видеосъёмка и материалы переданы участникам.
В конечном результате, представители 23 швейных предприятий Таджикистана, и 2 представителя Союза прошли 8-дневное практическое обучение, а также стажировку на производстве швейных предприятий Наманганской области в количестве 1472 человека/час. Из общего числа 3 составляют мужчины, 22-женщины, 7 из которых-молодежь.
Study tour to Namangan
From September 26 to October 4, 2022, 25 representatives of Tajik garment enterprises started practical training at the Monocenter industrial training center in Namangan region, Republic of Uzbekistan. The study tour was organized in the frame of the project “Increasing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the textile and clothing sector to expansion into new markets” Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Tajikistan in the framework of Integrated Rural Development Project/Towards Rural Inclusive Growth and Economic Resilience (TRIGGERII). During the first two days, the participants conducted practical classes on sewing outerwear, jacket and men’s shirt at the aforementioned training center. Then the participants visited the sewing factory «Dreamliner textile» of Namangan region for sewing men’s shirts in production.
Over the next two days, representatives of Tajik sewing enterprises continued their training in sewing men’s jackets at the IDEAL sewing factory.
During the study tour, the founder Dilshod Ismatulloev conducted a one-day practical training for the audience on effective management, as well as on the production operating system and the workflow process at the Just textile garment factory in Namangan region.
As part of the trip, in order to establish and expand business cooperation, members of the Tajik delegation were given the opportunity to visit Namangan garment factories, shopping centers and manufacturing enterprises.
As a result, 10 members of the Tajik delegation agreed to cooperate with companies and enterprises in the region to attract experts, purchase raw materials and accessories for business expansion.
Then, in the Namangan Monocenter, after practical cutting and fashion design, each participant of the course sewed a jacket individually from the cutting of the fabric to the final product.
The process of making the costume showed that the course participants did not take into account all the nuances of the dresser’s work.
In this regard, practical classes were held on the topics of textile design, design of cutting methods and its stages of men’s and women’s suits. The practical lesson was conducted by the famous German designer Mrs. Gudrun Berbom. During the practical lesson, the subtleties of sewing operations performed by the trainer were videotaped and the materials were transferred to the participants.
As a result, representatives of 23 sewing enterprises of Tajikistan, and 2 representatives of the Union passed an 8-day practical training, as well as an internship at the production of sewing enterprises of Namangan region in the amount of 1,472 people/hour. Of the total number, 3 are men, 22 are women, 7 of which are young people.
